Thank you 2021 for an amazing year! Hub N Spoke Non Profit thrived with the generosity of so many of you and your friends! *Hundreds of coats to help others feel warmer have been delivered to several locations in Snohomish County. *Hundreds of brand new socks, gloves, scarves, & hats! *Blankets & Sleeping bags delivered to all the shelters - many brand new! *Shoes- Imelda Marcus would be jealous of the collection of winter shoes you have given! No one should be without a coat and shoes! *750 bras donated to Free The Girls (I used an average weight x lbs) 😊 *Money donated to Nepal to help feed others in early pandemic needs. *School supplies donated to our local shelters and will eventually be delivered to our friends afar. *Backpacks purchased for our children in the local shelters. *Books for everyone near and far; some gifted to those free pocket libraries around LakeStevens & Marysville. *More clothes than I can even begin to count has been given to literally every shelter and/or to organizations that help men and women in transition into a career. *I have been able to buy Zorb, Micro Fiber, and cotton fabric to keep my beautiful volunteers who cut and sew for Dignity Kits (washable sanitary pads). *Gifted money for playground equipment at a school for hearing impaired children in Tanzania, Africa. I had visited there and can’t imagine children without a place to be free spirited during a break. *Any material I cannot use is donated to Peru where women and men are taught a sustainable trade in order to feed their family through Helping Hands Ministry International, (Helping Hands Thrift Store) as a previous board member I am proud of their mission and work. *Requests filled through your gifts, grants, fundraising and personal requests for items. There is so much more to share, like the one on one needs filled with your help. While we all were challenged this past year, remember the good stuff. And this is all good stuff!
